
Please note that on arrival you will be required to sign an agreement stating you understand and agree to the following conditions.

Occupancy
- Each unit has strict occupancy rules. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed for the unit you may be evicted and or charged an addition $50/night/person penalty.
- All children over 4 years old are counted as adults and included in the maximum number of people allowed in the unit
Security Deposit
- All guest paying by credit card are required to present the card on arrival. Management reserves the right to pre-authorize up to $250 from your credit card for a security deposit.
- Guests paying by check or cash must also deposit an additional $250 as security/damage deposit. Upon inspection of unit, funds will be returned.
Damage and Theft
- Management reserves the right to charge a guest for any damage or theft that occurs.
Cancellation Policy
- Once a payment has been processed, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $50 fee per reservation.
- If you cancel a reservation within seven (7) days of the arrival date, you will lose your entire deposit.
- There are no refunds for the reservation where the guest does not arrive.
- No refunds will be given to any guests who is cautioned and/or evicted by the management, resort security or local police for violations of the resorts rules.
- Management reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of check made payable to the individual on the reservation and to mail it within 14 days of refund date.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- For Holidays, including Springbreak, there is no refund for any cancellation unless we can replace your nights with another guest.
Rescheduling
- Any reschedule is subject to a $30 fee.
- Changes in reservations are subject to current rates. If you need to reschedule a stay, you will be credited the amount of your prior reservation towards the new one. Any difference in price will need to be paid.
Pets
- Renters may not have any pets of any kind/type/breed at Palacio del Mar. If pets are found in your condo or Palacio del Mar areas, eviction will be immediate and no refunds will be given (including security deposit).
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Violation of smoking policy will result in loss of security deposit and possibly addition fees for cleaning.
Fireworks
- Due to concerns for the safety of our guests and for the protection of their property, fireworks will not be allowed on the beach or beachfront condo property. Use of fireworks will result in eviction and loss of security deposit.
Pool Rules
- No life guard is present at the pool.
- Guests are required to behave in a safe appropriate manner.
- Only registered guests and owners are allowed to swim or be within the pool area.
- Pool closes at 10pm
- Pool is not heated.
